Two, 200-lb weight stacks allow for effective, independent training during exercises such as leg extension, leg curl and cable crossover movements. VKR/Dip Attachment and various accessories and handles offer virtually endless exercise options.The included FS-150 bench further expands the HG-6’s versatility, providing such exercises as leg press, leg extension and curl, rowing movement and various press and cable exercises. The FS-150 also has a unique feature not found on any other workout bench - spring-loaded positioning wheels. While not in use the bench floats above the wheels and can be moved around easily. Locks down automatically while in use.
